So you had some viable rock bands that had record deals that were now leaving town. Two exceptions to alphabetical arrangement exist: “Peekskill Songs” consists of a grouping of 21 song texts, penned by Guthrie, on the subject of Peekskill. Some of these lyrics are in the form of loose-leaf sheets, others are written directly in notebooks or journals, others are pasted into over-sized ledgers, and still more are loose sheets collected by Guthrie, which he bound himself.
